We can proactively monitor all parts of your network and in most cases will fix faults before they affect you.
We carry out scheduled maintenance outside of normal office hours to keep your networks up to date and to protect against the latest security threats.
We cover both hardware and software faults including the removal of computer viruses.
We can carry out any type of performance upgrade to your computer system.
In the rare event that this is not possible we will do our utmost to resolve your problem with the minimum of delay. All parts fitted are fully guaranteed.

2) Remote backup of critical data
Secure remote offsite backup of critical data
We backup your critical data to two mirrored offsite data centres in the UK using AES 256 bit military grade encryption. Lost data can be quickly restored to any PC using the encryption key provided.

3) Office 365 Business Packages

We are authorised resellers of Microsoft Office 365 Business products.
Our three most popular packages are Business Essentials, Business and Business Premium.
Since Microsoft dropped their Small Business Server offering, which also included Microsoft Exchange, most companies are now seeing the benefits of moving their Exchange Server environment to the cloud both for ease of management and costs. Software is always kept up to date, user licences are transferable as members of staff leave and join the company, mailbox allowances are substantial at 50GB per user and all the benefits of Exchange are at your fingertips e.g. out of office, unlimited aliases, public folders, distribution lists etc.
